About Mazomade

Mazomade is a small ceramic studio founded by two brothers, Joester and Coisni, creating handmade pieces inspired by nature, daily life, and the small creatures we often overlook.

For us, ceramics begin with a simple idea: slow down, notice life, and turn the small moments around us into art.

A quiet frog on a teapot.
A small animal hidden in the glaze.
A cup shaped by someone’s imagination.
A shelf filled with pieces made together with our community.

We make ceramics that feel like they have a life of their own.

Our Studio

This is where each Mazomade piece begins.

Inside our studio, clay is shaped, carved, painted, glazed, and fired by hand. Some pieces start as our own ideas. Others come from conversations, sketches, and the small details we notice in everyday life.

Many of our pieces include raised animal details, hand-painted textures, uneven glaze marks, and small variations from the firing process. These details are not defects. They are part of what makes each piece feel handmade.

We believe ceramic art should not feel cold or distant. It should feel alive, personal, and connected to everyday life.

Welcome to Mazomade — our ceramic studio built around clay, nature, and imagination.

Made Together

On our shelves, you will find ceramic works made with our customers, friends, and studio visitors.

Each piece carries a different story. Some are playful. Some are imperfect. Some are quiet and simple. But all of them are real.

The pieces we sell are made by our studio, while the shelves remind us of the creativity shared by everyone who has created with us.

That is what we love about handmade ceramics: no two pieces are exactly the same, and no piece needs to be defined by one style

Our customers and friends bring their own ceramic ideas to life with guidance from our studio.

These shelves hold ceramic works created together with customers, friends, and studio visitors.

Why Mazomade Exists

Mazomade means taking time to feel life.

We believe art is not only found in museums or galleries. It can be found in a small animal, a daily object, a cup held in your hands, or a moment you almost missed.

By slowing down, we begin to see more.
By seeing more, we create more.
And through clay, we bring those pieces of life into the world.

That is why our ceramics are made for everyday spaces — a shelf, a desk, a tea table, a quiet corner at home. They are small reminders to notice life again.
