Note: This policy explains Mazomade's production time, shipping time, shipping fees, and shipping-related order support for handmade ceramic products. Final shipping availability and fees are shown at checkout.
1. Production & Shipping Time for Handmade Ceramic Items
This policy applies to ceramic products, plant pots, and other handmade sculpture items sold by Mazomade.
Because each item is handcrafted, orders usually require the following time:
- Production time: about 1 week
- Shipping time: about 2 weeks
- Estimated total time: about 3 weeks
During busy seasons or periods of higher order volume, production and shipping may take longer. Thank you for your patience. We believe handmade pieces are worth the wait.
2. Customized Sculpture Items
Customized sculpture items are non-refundable after 24 hours of placing the order.
These items are made specifically for your order and usually cannot be resold. Once production begins, our artists have already invested time, materials, and planning into the piece.
If you need to modify or cancel a customized order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to help before the order enters production.
3. Shipping Coverage & Carriers
We ship worldwide.
Please note: Express shipping cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Standard shipping may not be available for some remote locations. If your address is considered a remote area, we will use the best available alternative shipping service.
Depending on your location and available inventory, we may ship orders through: YunExpress, CNE, USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
Shipping may be delayed due to holidays, public health events, natural disasters, customs checks, high-volume shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Estimated Shipping Time
The following timeframes are business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. Actual delivery time may vary by destination and carrier.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $180. Shipping eligibility and final charges will be based on the checkout page.
